Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Diced potatoes
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the corn kernels and heavy cream. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
