Instructions
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
2. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Stir in the corn kernels and heavy cream. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
