Shrimp Chow Mein Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 200 g Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 Carrot julienned
- 1 Bell Pepper sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.
4. In the same wok, add the carrot and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
5. Return the shrimp to the wok along with the cooked noodles. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
