Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Shredded cheese
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the shrimp, chili powder, and cumin. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
4. Assemble the burritos by placing rice, black beans, shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up to close.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
