Instructions
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp and scallops, stir-fry until they start to turn opaque.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well to combine.
Cook for another minute until everything is well coated and heated through.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
