Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Scallops cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, snap peas

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the shrimp and scallops, stir-fry until they start to turn opaque.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another minute until everything is well coated and heated through.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
