Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Frozen peas, thawed
  • ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, peas, red onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill. Mix well.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
