- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Frozen peas, thawed
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, peas, red onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill. Mix well.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
