Shrimp and Octopus Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Octopus, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 4 cups Fish stock
- 1 cup Chopped onions
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in fish stock and bring to a boil.
Add shrimp, octopus, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
