Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz langostino lobster
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Add the langostino lobster and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cherry tomatoes, white wine, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  5. 5. Toss in the cooked linguine and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
