Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab meat
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the seafood mixture and roll them up. Place them in a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix sour cream and salsa. Pour this mixture over the enchiladas.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
