Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab Meat lump
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  2. 2. Stir in tomato paste and Old Bay seasoning, cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add heavy cream and stir well.
  5. 5. Use a blender to puree the mixture until smooth. Return to pot.
  6. 6. Add crab meat and cooked shrimp back into the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
