Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add shrimp to the pot and cook until they turn pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  3. Add corn kernels and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and return shrimp to the pot. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
