- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 pcs Avocados diced
- 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce
- 4 pcs Pita Bread halved
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados and tzatziki sauce.
4. Fill each pita pocket with shrimp and avocado tzatziki mixture.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
