Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Andouille Sausage sliced
  • 4 ears Corn cut into pieces
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes halved
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp is opaque and the potatoes are tender.
  4. Remove from oven and garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
