Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Crab meat
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, breadcrumbs, celery, onion, melted butter, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the stuffing is cooked through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
