Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed, caps cleaned
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.
