Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Clams, cleaned
  • 1 lb White fish fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chopped parsley

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in fish stock and diced tomatoes, bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Add shrimp, clams, and fish chunks. Cook until seafood is done.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
