Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Scallops
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
