Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh fish fillets (such as tilapia or sea bass) cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Red onion finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fish cubes and lime juice. Make sure the fish is fully submerged in the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fish is opaque and firm.
  2. 2. Drain the fish, discarding the lime juice. Add the red onion, jalapeño, tomato, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or on tostadas.
