  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the pan over medium heat and add butter.
  2. 2. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  4. 4. Toast the bread slices in the pan until golden brown.
  5. 5. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the toasted bread slices.
  6. 6. Place the cooked shrimp on the bread, season with salt and pepper, and top with another slice of bread.
