Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 200 g Crab meat
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. 2. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
  3. 3. Toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
