Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lobster cooked and chopped
  • 12 oz Pasta your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup White wine
  • ¼ cup Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half.
  5. 5. Add the cooked lobster and pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
