Ingredients 

Seafood Pasta Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti uncooked
  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Scallops cleaned
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ cup White Wine
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook until they start to turn opaque.
  4. 4. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until reduced by half.
  6. 6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
