Seafood Omelets with Cheese Sauce

Omelet Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- ½ cup cooked crab meat
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon butter
Cheese Sauce Ingredients
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet.
Cook until eggs are almost set, then add half of the shrimp, crab meat, and shredded cheese.
Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over low heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Pour cheese sauce over omelets and serve.
