Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Seafood (shrimp, scallops, or lobster) cooked and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ¼ cup Sherry
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.
3. Gradually add the heavy cream, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
4. Stir in the paprika, salt, and sherry. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked seafood and heat through.
6. Serve hot over toast or rice.
