Seafood Mocequa Recipe
A delicious Brazilian seafood stew made with fish, shrimp, and coconut milk.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb White fish fillets cut into chunks
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 1 large Bell pepper chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Fish stock
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
3. Add the fish chunks and shrimp to the pot. Cook for a few minutes until they start to turn opaque.
4. Pour in the coconut milk and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
6. Stir in the chopped cilantro before serving.
