Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1 large Bell pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Fish stock
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. 3. Add the fish chunks and shrimp to the pot. Cook for a few minutes until they start to turn opaque.
  4. 4. Pour in the coconut milk and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the chopped cilantro before serving.
