Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Scallops, quartered
- 1 cup Lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Tomato, diced
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 unit Avocado, diced
In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes to marinate.
Add red onion, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Gently fold in the diced avocado. Serve immediately or chill for later.
