Seafood Lasagna with Crab and Shrimp

Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces Lasagna noodles cooked
- 1 lb Crab meat cooked and shredded
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 3 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the saucepan and cook until pink. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish. Layer with lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, crab meat, shrimp, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat layers.
Top with remaining marinara sauce and cheeses.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
