Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp and scallops to the saucepan. Cook until seafood is opaque. Season with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer with lasagna noodles, seafood mixture, ricotta mixture, and marinara sauce. Repeat layers, ending with marinara sauce.
Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
