Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and mussels)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the mixed seafood and cook until just done, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
  5. 5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
