Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Crab meat
  • 8 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the seafood mixture and roll up. Place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour heavy cream over the enchiladas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
