Main Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb white fish, cubed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
Add chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir to combine.
Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, and seafood stock. Bring to a simmer.
Add shrimp and white fish. Cook until seafood is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
