Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Scallops
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers.
Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic, and lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
