  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Scallops
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
