- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Scallops
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, butter, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
