Seafood and Cabbage Salad
A refreshing and light seafood and cabbage salad, perfect for a summer meal.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 200 g Crab meat
- 1 small Cabbage, shredded
- 1 Carrot, grated
- 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced red bell pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
