Main Ingredients
- 4 eggs hard-boiled
- 400 g sausage meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup flour
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
1. Preheat your deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. Peel the hard-boiled eggs.
3. Divide the sausage meat into 4 equal portions.
4. Flatten each portion and wrap around each egg, making sure it's fully covered.
5. Roll each wrapped egg in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Fry the eggs in the preheated deep fryer for about 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
