Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Scallops
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 egg Egg (beaten)

Lobster Sauce

  • 1 cup Lobster Stock
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each scallop in a piece of puff pastry. Brush with beaten egg.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux.
  5. Gradually add lobster stock, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Add heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve scallops with lobster sauce drizzled over.
