- 2 cups Oysters shucked
- 1 cup Cracker crumbs finely crushed
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Layer half of the oysters in a baking dish. Cover with half of the cracker crumb mixture. Repeat the layers.
Pour the milk over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the oysters are cooked through.
