- 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, flour, salt, and pepper.
Stir in corn kernels.
Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with bread crumbs.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
