Ingredients

  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the corn kernels, scallops, and shrimp. Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few more minutes until heated through.
