Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Oyster mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the oyster mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
