  • 1 lb Oyster mushrooms cleaned and sliced
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the oyster mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
