  • 200 g Oyster mushrooms cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add oyster mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
