Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ½ pound sausage, sliced
  • ½ pound crab meat
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Push sausage and garlic to the side. Add beaten eggs and scramble until cooked.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in crab meat and cook until heated through.
  6. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
