Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salted Cod soaked overnight and flaked
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Pepper optional, finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the salted cod overnight in water to remove excess salt. Drain and flake the fish.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the flaked fish and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a bowl, combine the diced tomato, onion, and bell pepper.
  4. 4. Add the boiled fish to the bowl and mix well.
  5. 5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper and hot pepper (if using).
  6. 6. Serve immediately or chilled.
