Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Dark Rum
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine prawns, olive oil, garlic, dark rum, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
