  • 1 lb Oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the oyster mushrooms on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
