Roasted Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Main Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes thinly sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes.
Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
