- 2 cups Mango pulp fresh or canned
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Sugar adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Cardamom powder optional
- as needed Ice cubes optional
Add mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
