  • 3 units Eggs
  • 1 pack Instant Ramen Noodles discard seasoning packet
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and cook, stirring gently.
  5. 5. When the eggs are about halfway cooked, add the cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  6. 6. Continue cooking until the eggs are fully cooked and the noodles are heated through.
  7. 7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
