  • 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 400 g Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the Herbes de Provence, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
