Prawns Provencale Recipe

- 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 400 g Tomatoes chopped
- 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the Herbes de Provence, salt, and black pepper.
5. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
