Prawn Saganaki
A delicious Greek dish with prawns, tomatoes, and feta cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g prawns peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 400 g tomatoes diced
- 200 g feta cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add prawns, cook until they turn pink.
Stir in crumbled feta cheese and dried oregano.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve hot with crusty bread.
