Prawn Nasi Goreng Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 200 grams Prawns peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili paste optional
- 2 stalks Spring onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Stir well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in the spring onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
